1.) Lacey begins each year by creating a folder with the year. See the example below is 2025. Inside of that folder, she has a sub folder for each month.

2.) Inside of each month, create a folder for the students who will be re-evaluated. Here's an example of Lacey's August folder (names redacted)

3.) Inside the child's folder, you will see Lacey has two additional folders so she can refer to previous years' materials.

4.) Lastly, she organizes any student documents in the folder so she has easy access to everything in one place. Redactions are present for privacy!
